Alberto Surra

Fabio Evangelista (Team Principal)

Alberto Surra

"First of all, I wish Aldi a speedy recovery: I hope he gets well soon. Personally, I am very happy about this opportunity, for which I thank the Yamaha BLU CRU Evan Bros Team. This will be my debut in Supersport, but doing so with one of the strongest teams in the category is an honour. I already know some of the team members and am happy to be working with them. I am very excited about Magny-Cours, where the goal will be to improve one step at a time”.

Fabio Evangelista (Team Principal)

“I am very sorry about Aldi's injury, but these things can happen in training, and I wish him a speedy recovery. Together with Yamaha, we decided not to leave the bike in the garage, and we identified Surra as a rider suited to this scenario: Alberto is a young and interesting rider, so it will be a pleasure to see him at work. The fact that he knows Magny-Cours and won there just a few weeks ago will certainly be a plus: our job will be to help him get to know the bike and the category”.
