Fabio Evangelista (Team Principal)
The Yamaha BLU CRU Evan Bros Team is ready to tackle the eighth round of the 2025 season, scheduled for the new Balaton Park track in Hungary. With its 17 corners, including 7 right-handers and 10 left-handers, Balaton Park will mark Hungary's return to the WorldSBK calendar 35 years after the last time.
Can Oncu arrives at the Balaton round in very high spirits, thanks in particular to the stunning victory in Race 2 at Donington Park. In the last three rounds, the Turkish rider has missed the podium in only one manche, a testimony to the speed and consistency that have led him to 2nd position in the overall standings.
Also Aldi Mahendra, who showed signs of growth at Donington, especially in the race, recovering positions and gaining points in both heats, is ready to perform well on the unseen Balaton Park kerbs. Aldi currently occupies P11 in the overall standings, and keeps the top ten as his goal.
As usual the weekend will start on Friday morning with the only free practice session available, while in the afternoon it will already be Superpole time. Saturday and Sunday will be staged Race 1 and Race 2 both at 15.15 CET and over the duration of 18 laps.

"Balaton Park is something new for everyone and that is interesting. We will experience a new adventure and above all I will celebrate my birthday at the weekend, so the aim is to give me and the whole team a nice present".
Aldi Mahendra
"I am very excited ahead of this round. At Donington I regained confidence with the bike and made some steps forward, so I think it can be a positive weekend. We have the potential to aim for the top ten and I want to give my best to achieve that”.
Fabio Evangelista (Team Principal)
"Balaton is a new track for everybody. We are coming back from three very positive rounds, especially with Can, and we want to continue on this path. I hope both Can and Aldi enjoy the track, as they have been training together a lot recently, which I am very happy about. The goal as a team is to stay at the top of the team classification: to do that we will work hard to put both riders in the best condition. Oncu is also chasing the top of the world championship, so the incentives to give our best are not lacking".
